PROJECT X - TOWN CENTER (NAME WITHHELD)

In the suburban northeast quadrant of Houston there are traditional African-American townships left from the post-Civil War area. These neighborhoods are at the lowest levels of the property price scale. This new development is conceived as a new Town Center organizing local retail and institutional entities together in a walkable Live/Work/Play district, lighting the fire towards greater development in the entire region.
