The Promenade at Telfair

This Sugar Land development envisioned a more urban town center with a central green and layers of hotel, office and retail development. The central park is bracketed by two parking garages with retail and multifamily wrapping them. This creates a walkable plan with three distinct urban forms: town center green, main street shopping district and individual multifamily and hotel bookends.
